How do you know I’m the right executive coach for you?
For our coaching engagement to work, we need a good rapport. You need to trust that I understand and can help you. So here’s what to know about my coaching style:
I want you to feel safe and supported. While I might push you to go outside your comfort zone, what you share is always your decision.
We’ll use a variety of tools — like role-playing and visualization — to help you break through your blocks, see your actions from different perspectives and give you a chance to try out strategies before putting them into action.
Sessions are confidential, zero-judgement zones. Nothing leaves our coaching relationship — even if your company is sponsoring our work — so you won’t ever have to censor yourself.
No jargon allowed. My goal is to facilitate honest conversations free from hollow buzzwords.
We’ll get straight to the heart of the issue. I am direct and specific, so we can get to work right away.

About Jennine
Before I became a coach, I was in tech.
For leadership coaching to take root, you have to trust me — trust that I understand you and the environment you’re in. That’s why I’ve chosen to coach in an industry where I have decades of firsthand experience.
I’ve been coaching senior leaders in tech since 2012. And before that I was a software engineer (I did my degree in Computer Science), a manager, executive, and co-founder of a startup which we grew for 7 years before selling. There’s not much you or your team could throw at me that I haven’t seen before.
