About Jennine

Before I became a coach, I was in tech.

For leadership coaching to take root, you have to trust me — trust that I understand you and the environment you’re in. That’s why I’ve chosen to coach in an industry where I have decades of firsthand experience.

I’ve been coaching senior leaders in tech since 2012. And before that I was a software engineer (I did my degree in Computer Science), a manager, executive, and co-founder of a startup which we grew for 7 years before selling. There’s not much you or your team could throw at me that I haven’t seen before.
